About Rec Center Ministries
Our Mission
To foster and build the physical, spiritual, and emotional strength of youth, and all whom they influence, through a program oriented Christian ministry based from a youth recreation center that provides youth with positive opportunities.
Our Vision
We maintain our vision of building a recreation center on the grounds of Trinity UMC from which our ministry would offer it's programs. Trinity UMC’s building investigative committee is diligently researching the options of building and financing such a facility. Their efforts will be presented to Trinity UMC in November 2005 where possible decisions include authorizing a building committee or tabling the concept. The committee’s current time frame for planning is 3-5 years. During this time, we stay committed to offering as many quality programs to our youth as we can within our constraints of facility space, volunteers and financing. Please help to move us ahead!
About the Ministry
Rec Center Ministries operates as a federally approved 501 C3 non-profit, non-denominational organization as a ministry of Trinity United Methodist Church (UMC) of Mullica Hill, New Jersey. It is operated by a committee comprised of volunteers from numerous churches who operate under the guidance and direction of the Administrative Council for Trinity UMC.
